Our current client list contains over a dozen physician offices and clinics in Southern Oregon and represents over 60% of our clientele. The majority of our other customers are related to the healthcare industry in supporting services.

Most of our customers at this time are network / system maintenance customers.

As part of those services, we assist in system selection, implementation and support. Our team provides a good compliment of skills for network, security, application integration and optimization, process analysis and redesign, with custom programming and development to support all these functions.

From a network support perspective, we have extensive experience with large, multiple-entity organizations.

We proactively manage our contracted customers’ networks to detect and correct problems before they become down-time issues. Regular log review, growth charting and maintenance is scheduled around clinic hours and on weekends.

Network Experience

  • Design and implementation for multi-site, multi-company clients.
  • Server installation and maintenance across many different platforms, operating systems and versions (including Windows Server 2008, UNIX, IBM AIX and more).
  • Wide Area Networking (WAN), internetworking and intranetworking support are Jefferson IT’s specialty

Custom developed systems for:

  • Interface between legacy systems (Medic, GEMMS, ProSolv) and current database systems (MS Exchange, SQL).
  • Real-time integration of systems through the development and maintenance for HL7 interfaces. These have included EHR, PM, LIS, RIS, PACS and Hospital systems. Information controlled includes patient demographics, visit information, charge information, order information, lab results and dictation.
  • Capture of UB92 from legacy paper format print que, parsing and conversion to electronic specifications for e-filing.
  • Practice Profiling System utilized by physician practices to assist with PT panel definition, coding trends and differences between like physician practices. Data conversion utilities were built to convert and normalize the data from IBM AIX to MS SQL. User interface and front end reporting designed in MS Access.

  • Cost Accounting Data Analysis System and Multi-Processor Systems for Electronic Costing.
